Video Player Tips (Please,

Don't Leave the Screen!
you walk away from an active video clip before answering the questions at the
end, the host server may time out the session in the background. Unfortunately,
it doesn't notify you it has done so. If you can't submit answers for the quiz,
and you have checked to be sure the button is not hidden (check for a vertical scroll

High-speed internet connection is recommended. Using a wireless or hard-wired connection
in a shared environment where others are using a lot of bandwidth to access the
internet or watch television (at home, work, in a hotel lobby, or at your local

with your ability to answer questions at the end of the clip. Try opening the clip
and pausing for a minute or so to allow the clip to partially load before starting
